Accessibility Statement

Asta is committed to making the website at www.asta1.us accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design and build the site to meet recognized accessibility standards and to work with assistive technologies.

Effective date: April 30, 2026. Last updated: April 30, 2026 (post-counsel-input refinements; pending licensed-counsel sign-off).

Our commitment.

Asta works to ensure that the Site is usable by all visitors, regardless of how they access the web. We design with semantic HTML, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, focus indicators for users navigating without a mouse, support for users who request reduced motion, and form fields that are clearly labeled and that meet touch-target minimums on mobile devices. The Site also exposes a Skip to main content link on every page, available to keyboard and screen-reader users.

Conformance level.

The Site is designed and built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA, published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the level commonly required by accessibility laws and policies in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. We continue to test, audit, and improve the Site against this standard.

Applicable laws.

Asta strives to provide a website experience that meets the requirements of applicable accessibility laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and analogous state-level disability-rights statutes such as California's Unruh Civil Rights Act and the New York State Human Rights Law. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 Level AA represent the technical conformance target the firm uses to operationalize that commitment. Asta does not represent that the Site is in full compliance with every requirement of every applicable law at every point in time; the commitment is one of continuous good-faith effort to meet the standard, with feedback channels open for users to flag any specific item that falls short.

Compatible technologies.

The Site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and configurations: the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on macOS, Windows, iOS, iPadOS, and Android; the JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver screen readers; and operating-system-level zoom and high-contrast modes. The Site uses responsive design to render correctly across screen sizes from small phones through desktop monitors. The Site respects the user's preference for reduced motion as expressed by the operating system.

Known limitations.

We are aware that no website is fully without accessibility limitations. We are conducting ongoing audits and remediation against WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we identify a limitation, we work to resolve it as quickly as is reasonable. We welcome feedback on any accessibility issue you encounter. Some content delivered through the Site (including downloadable PDFs, externally hosted images, and embedded third-party widgets such as analytics or social cards) is generated through different pipelines and may not always meet the same accessibility characteristics as the Site itself. We hold third-party content to the same standard and welcome feedback on any specific item that falls short.

Feedback and contact.

If you experience an accessibility barrier on the Site, or if you have a question, comment, or suggestion related to accessibility, please write to [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please describe the page, the assistive technology you were using, and the nature of the issue. We will respond within ten business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format. If you are unable to access information on the Site in its current format, write to [email protected] with "Accessibility — Alternative Format" in the subject line. We will provide the requested information in an alternative format (plain text, large print, audio recording, or another format we are able to support) within ten business days at no cost to you.

Continuous improvement.

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We treat the Site as a living artifact and update it as accessibility standards evolve, as new assistive technologies are released, and as we receive feedback from users. The firm's commitment to audit cadence is: an internal review of the Site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA at least quarterly; a complete third-party accessibility audit at least annually; and an immediate review and remediation of any specific accessibility barrier reported by a user. The "Last updated" date at the top of this statement reflects the date of the most recent material change to the accessibility posture of the Site.

Formal complaint procedure.

If you believe that Asta has not adequately responded to an accessibility issue, you may file a formal complaint by writing to [email protected] with "Formal Accessibility Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five business days and will provide a substantive response within thirty days.
